My Partners and I built an organization from the ground up, starting with zero employees and reaching now over 25. We saw growth every single year, both from the standpoint of headcount and profitability. All the while, we built and maintained a solid reputation as a trusted partner to our clients, which include Mastercard, MiTek, Energizer, and many more.

Our core focuses center around endpoint management, specifically leveraging Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune, Azure Active Directory, and M365 Defender.

I managed the server and desktop infrastructure for thousands of employees and 34 sites across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and China. My focus was on leveraging the Microsoft System Center stack to automate application delivery (SCCM), server monitoring and alerting (SCOM), ITSM services (SCSM), and operation automation (SCO). I also assisted in the management of the virtual server infrastructure, both with VMware and Hyper-V.
